Job Summary

Sai Service Pvt. Ltd., an authorised Maruti Suzuki dealership, is looking for a customer-focused and professional Relationship Manager to join our team at Kottayam and Changanassery. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer queries and complaints, and supporting customer retention through effective communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Make follow-up calls to customers regarding vehicle servicing, service feedback, and customer experience.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with service advisors and workshop teams to provide a smooth customer service experience.
- Collect customer feedback and take necessary steps to improve service quality.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers regarding service appointments and vehicle delivery.
- Inform customers about service schedules, maintenance requirements, and relevant dealership offers.
- Maintain accurate customer records, feedback details, and follow-up reports.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take proactive steps to address concerns.




- Support customer retention initiatives and improve repeat service visits.
- Achieve assigned customer satisfaction and follow-up targets.
- Ensure professional communication with customers through telephone calls and other communication channels.

Qualifications and Experience

- Minimum qualification: Any Degree or Diploma.
- Previous experience in customer relationship management, customer service, or the automobile industry is preferred.
- Experience in a Maruti Suzuki dealership or automobile service centre will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude may also apply.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Good telephone etiquette and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Good coordination and time management skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints patiently and professionally.
- A positive attitude with a solid focus on customer satisfaction.
