About the Role
We are looking for an R&D; Executive to support research across our Compressed Biogas (CBG) manufacturing, Napier grass farming, and biogas plant EPC operations. This role combines laboratory testing, field trials, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Study Napier grass and other feedstocks to improve biogas yield.
- Conduct laboratory tests and trials on biomass, digestion, and digestate.
- Analyse results and recommend improvements in plant performance and feedstock quality.
- Coordinate with farming, plant, and engineering teams to develop practical solutions.
- Maintain research reports,



testing records, and laboratory safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Agriculture, or a related field; relevant engineering graduates may also apply.
- Preferably 1–3 years of experience in biogas, biomass, agricultural research, or laboratory R&D.;
- Strong analytical skills, accurate documentation, and willingness to work in laboratory and field environments.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
