Riyasat Infra Developers Pvt. Ltd. is a real estate development company specializing in residential and commercial plotting, infrastructure development, and integrated township projects.

Job Purpose

We are looking for a skilled and creative video production professional with at least 3 years of experience in video shooting, editing, and cinematography (DOP). The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality marketing videos, promotional content, and engaging visual content for the company's sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot high-quality videos for real estate projects, site visits, property promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Handle end-to-end video production, including camera operation, lighting, framing, and audio setup.
- Edit videos for promotional campaigns, social media, digital marketing, and project presentations.
- Create engaging reels, advertisements, walkthroughs, and other marketing videos.
- Apply professional colour correction, colour grading, transitions, sound design, and visual effects.
- Use AI-powered video generation tools to create creative marketing content.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to understand content requirements and campaign objectives.




- Manage video production from concept to final delivery while maintaining quality and deadlines.

Required Technical Skills

The candidate must have practical working experience in the following software:

- Adobe Premiere Pro – Professional video editing.
- Adobe After Effects – Motion graphics, animation, and visual effects.
- Adobe Photoshop – Image editing, creative assets, and thumbnails.
- AI Video Generation Tools – Knowledge of AI-based video creation and editing tools.

Required Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3 years of skilled experience in video shooting and editing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Director of Photography (DOP).
- Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting, composition, and cinematography.
- Hands-on experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of AI video generation tools and modern video production techniques.
- A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous shooting and editing work.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

- Quality and creativity of video content.
- Timely delivery of videos and marketing creatives.
- Effectiveness of promotional videos in supporting sales and marketing campaigns.
- Technical quality of shooting, editing, colour grading, and visual effects.
- Effective use of AI tools and new video production techniques.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 gross per month
