Job Description

We are looking for an Online Bidding Executive who can identify relevant projects on freelance marketplaces, write customized proposals, communicate with potential clients, and generate new business opportunities for the company.

The role focuses on finding suitable projects in digital marketing, web development, IT, software, and other service categories; understanding client requirements; submitting competitive bids; and following up with prospects to convert opportunities into projects.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or Bark and understands how to identify high-potential projects, create compelling proposals, manage bidding credits, and communicate professionally with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Guru, Contra, Truelancer, Malt, Bark, and other freelance or project bidding platforms.
- Search for projects that match the company’s services, technical capabilities, target industries, and business objectives.
- Review project descriptions, client requirements, budgets, timelines, and competition before deciding which opportunities to pursue.
- Write customized, persuasive proposals that address the client's specific requirements and highlight relevant services, experience, portfolios, and case studies.
- Manage bidding activities and use platform credits efficiently, including Upwork Connects, Freelancer bids, and Bark credits.
- Communicate with potential clients, clarify project requirements, answer questions, and maintain professional conversations throughout the bidding process.
- Follow up on submitted proposals and active opportunities to improve response rates and move promising projects forward.
- Maintain and optimize company profiles, service listings, portfolios, and case studies across freelance platforms.
- Track bids submitted, client responses, shortlisted projects, meetings,



follow-ups, and project conversions.
- Analyze bidding performance to identify which platforms, project categories, and proposal approaches generate the best results.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to understand project scope, prepare accurate proposals, and support pricing discussions when required.
- Maintain organized records of bidding activities, client communications, and chance status.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in online bidding, freelance marketplace sales, Upwork bidding, proposal writing, or international project acquisition is preferred.
