We are seeking an energetic, friendly, and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team . In this role, you will be the face of our business greeting customers, assisting with purchases, maintaining store displays, and helping drive everyday sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Warmly greet customers as they enter and provide attentive assistance throughout their visit.
- Learn and communicate product features, benefits, and current promotions to assist customers in making informed purchases.
- Process customer transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system (cash, card, and digital payments).
- Keep sales floor, display shelves, and checkout areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and inventorying incoming shipments.




- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor service issues with a positive, professional attitude.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, phone inquiries, and order processing as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Prior customer service or retail experience preferred, but entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, or basic computer operations is a plus.
- Attributes: Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
