KRA of Project Manager

1. Project Planning & Execution: Plan, schedule, and ensure timely completion of projects as per approved timelines.

2. Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project expenses, control costs, and ensure work stays within the approved budget.

3. Quality Management: Ensure construction work meets approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

4. Contractor & Vendor Management: Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth execution.

5. Progress Monitoring: Track daily and monthly progress, identify delays, and take corrective actions.

6. Resource Management: Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and other resources.

7. Safety & Compliance:



Ensure site safety standards and compliance with statutory requirements and approvals.

8. Team Coordination: Coordinate with architects, engineers, finance, procurement, and management.

9. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain project reports, budgets, schedules, meeting records, and other project documents.

10. Project Handover: Ensure timely completion, snag rectification, quality checks, and final handover to the client.

Pay: ₹621,000.00 - ₹2,150,000.00 per year
