Erichsol Private Limited is the India arm of Erichsol Oy, Finland. We build eScanX - an intelligent document OCR platform that turns receipts, invoices, and scanned PDFs into clean, structured data in seconds, including VAT, tax IDs, IBANs, and line items across 50+ languages.

Role overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to grow awareness and sign-ups for eScanX among businesses worldwide. This is our first dedicated marketing role. You will work directly with our founder to create content, engage with users and track results.

This is a full time, fully remote position based in India. Our team works across India and Finland, so a few hours of overlap with Finnish working hours (usually Indian afternoons) is required.

Key responsibilities

- Plan, create and publish posts and short videos on LinkedIn and Instagram for the company and the founder
- Respond to comments and messages and grow an engaged following
- Write blog posts, guides and website content for finance teams, accountants and developers, following basic SEO practices
- Interview users and write short case studies
- Prepare and send a monthly email newsletter
- Promote eScanX in relevant online communities and support product launches on platforms such as Product Hunt
- Research potential customers, such as accounting firms, fintechs and software companies, and support outreach campaigns
- Track sign-ups, website traffic and campaign results, and share a monthly performance report

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; marketing, mass communication, journalism or business preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in digital,



content or social media marketing (freshers with solid writing skills are welcome)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram for business
- Comfortable using AI tools for writing, design or video
- Interest in technology and willingness to learn how a software product works (no coding required)
- Self-motivated and organised, able to work independently in a remote setup
- Reliable laptop and internet connection

Good to have

- Experience in B2B, SaaS or tech marketing
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics or LinkedIn analytics
- Canva or short-video editing skills
- Interest in finance, accounting or fintech

Job details

- Job type: Full-time, permanent
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- Work location: Remote (India)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible hours
- Experience: 1–3 years
- Notice period: Immediate joiners or up to 30 days preferred
