Qualification
- DMLT / B.Sc. MLT or equivalent relevant qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory tests and investigations accurately and efficiently.
- Handle sample collection, processing, and proper sample storage.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Ensure quality control and follow laboratory safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate test records and documentation.
- Follow infection control procedures and biomedical waste management guidelines.
- Assist in daily laboratory operations and ensure timely reporting of results.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in a diagnostic laboratory.
- Valuable knowledge of laboratory procedures and sample handling.
- Ability to operate laboratory instruments and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in testing.
- Good communication skills and a responsible approach to work.
