Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP BO / BODS Trainer to deliver professional training to students, working professionals, and aspiring SAP consultants. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP BusinessObjects (BO) and SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS), with a positive understanding of data integration, ETL processes, data quality, reporting, and business intelligence.

The candidate should be capable of delivering structured training sessions, conducting hands-on exercises, and guiding learners through real-time data integration, report development, and business intelligence projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive training on SAP BusinessObjects and SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Explain business intelligence concepts, reporting architecture, and data integration processes.
- Train learners on SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence (WebI) report development.
- Provide training on universes, Information Design Tool (IDT), and semantic layer concepts.
- Explain Crystal Reports and dashboard/reporting functionalities, where applicable.
- Train learners on SAP BODS architecture, repository management, and project development.
- Cover ETL workflows, data flows, jobs, transformations, and scheduling.
- Explain data extraction, cleansing, validation, transformation, and loading processes.
- Provide hands-on training on data quality, error handling, and performance optimization.
- Explain integration with relational databases, SAP source systems, and other data sources.
- Guide learners through end-to-end ETL and reporting projects.




- Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and real-time project scenarios.
- Evaluate learner progress and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP BO and/or SAP BODS.
- Good understanding of business intelligence and data warehousing concepts.
- Knowledge of Web Intelligence, universes, and reporting concepts.
- Experience with IDT or Universe Design Tool (UDT).
- Understanding of SAP BODS Designer, repositories, projects, jobs, and workflows.
- Experience with data flows, ETL transformations, and job scheduling.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Understanding of data quality, data validation, and error handling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners and experienced professionals.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience as an SAP BO Consultant, SAP BODS Developer, BI Consultant, or Technical Trainer.
- Experience in SAP BO/BODS implementation, development, migration, or support projects.
- Knowledge of Crystal Reports, Information Design Tool, and advanced WebI reporting.
- Experience with SAP and non-SAP data source integration.
- Knowledge of ETL performance tuning and data quality management.
- Previous experience delivering classroom, corporate, or online training.
- Relevant SAP certifications are an added advantage.

Pay: ₹557,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
