About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and organized Backend Operations Manager to manage daily business operations, handle customer orders, coordinate order processing, and ensure smooth communication with customers. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of keeping track of what’s happening across the business backend.

Key Responsibilities

* Order Management: Monitor incoming orders, verify order details, and ensure timely processing and dispatch.

* Customer Support: Communicate with customers via chat, respond to queries, resolve basic issues, and provide order updates.

* Backend Operations: Oversee daily backend activities and ensure all operational tasks are completed smoothly.

* Order Tracking: Monitor shipments, delivery status, delays, cancellations, and return-to-origin (RTO) cases.

* Business Monitoring: Keep track of daily orders, pending tasks, customer issues, and operational performance.

* Coordination: Work with the team, warehouse, and logistics partners to resolve order-related issues.

* Reporting: Maintain daily reports of orders, dispatches, cancellations, returns, and customer complaints.

* Problem-Solving:



Identify operational issues and take timely action to prevent delays and improve efficiency.

Requirements

* Good communication skills in written English and Hindi.

* Basic knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.

* Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

* Ability to handle customers professionally over chat.

* Responsible, proactive, and attentive to detail.

* Previous experience in e-commerce operations or customer support is a plus.

* Timely order processing and dispatch.

* Rapid and professional customer responses.

* Reduction in order errors, cancellations, and RTO.

* Accurate order and shipment tracking.

* Daily reporting and timely resolution of pending issues.

Someone who takes ownership of the backend, keeps everything organized, communicates well with customers, and ensures that no order or operational issue goes unnoticed.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹204,000.00 per year
