Job Description – Academic Counsellor (UG/PG)Role & Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
- Handle student inquiries, follow-ups, and admission-related queries.
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain student records and update the CRM.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Freshers to experienced candidates can apply.
- Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
- Valuable convincing, interpersonal, and counselling skills.
- Confident in handling students over calls.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
