We are looking for an experienced and responsible Plant Manager to oversee daily plant operations, ensure production efficiency, maintain quality standards, and manage plant staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily production and plant operations.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to meet targets.
- Ensure product quality, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Manage and coordinate production staff and supervisors.
- Monitor raw materials, inventory, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable safety regulations.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments.
- Prepare production reports and update management on plant performance.





Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in plant management or production operations.
- Experience in the FMCG or food manufacturing industry is preferred.
- MBA is preferred.
- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams and handle day-to-day operational challenges.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality standards, and workplace safety.
