Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled, creative, and innovation-driven Innovation Executive with good knowledge of Virtual Reality (VR), the Internet of Things (IoT), Robotics, Electronics, and electronic components. The candidate will be responsible for researching emerging technologies, developing innovative concepts, assisting with hardware and software integration, testing prototypes, and implementing technology-driven solutions for business and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Innovation & Research

- Research new technologies, products, and innovative business solutions.
- Identify opportunities to implement VR, IoT, AI-enabled devices, and robotics in industrial and commercial applications.
- Develop new product concepts, technical proposals, and proof-of-concept models.
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends.

2. Virtual Reality (VR) & Emerging Technologies

- Understand VR headsets, controllers, sensors, tracking systems, and immersive technology.
- Assist in VR-based product demonstrations, simulations, training solutions, and presentations.
- Understand the basic integration of VR hardware with compatible software and applications.
- Evaluate new VR devices and recommend suitable solutions.

3. Internet of Things (IoT)

- Understand IoT devices, sensors, connectivity, and smart monitoring systems.
- Work with microcontrollers and development boards such as Arduino, ESP32, and Raspberry Pi.
- Understand communication protocols such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, MQTT, and other relevant interfaces.




- Assist in developing and testing IoT-based automation and monitoring solutions.

4. Robotics & Automation

- Understand robotics fundamentals, actuators, motors, sensors, controllers, and automation systems.
- Assist in assembling, testing, and troubleshooting robotic prototypes.
- Understand basic programming, control systems, and hardware-software integration.
- Support the development of robotics and industrial automation concepts.

5. Electronics & Electronic Components

- Good knowledge of electronic components, their functions, applications, and specifications.
- Identify and understand resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, ICs, relays, switches, connectors, batteries, and circuit boards.
- Understand sensors, motor drivers, power supplies, wiring, and basic circuit diagrams.
- Read basic electronic schematics and assist with component selection.
- Perform basic testing, fault identification, and troubleshooting using a multimeter and other relevant tools.

6. Product Development & Technical Coordination

- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, technical teams, and technology partners.
- Research electronic components, VR equipment, IoT devices, and robotics kits.
- Prepare technical documentation, product comparison reports, and project progress updates.
- Assist with prototype development, product demonstrations, testing, and implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma, B.E., B.Tech, or equivalent technical qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering,



Robotics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- Good understanding of VR technology, IoT devices, robotics, and electronics.
- Practical knowledge of electronic components and their applications.
- Basic programming knowledge in C/C++, Python, Arduino IDE, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Ability to research technical products, evaluate specifications, and identify suitable solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work on innovative projects.

Preferred Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with VR headsets, IoT development boards, robotics kits, or electronic prototyping.
- Knowledge of PCB design, CAD tools, 3D printing, embedded systems, or automation.
- Experience in technical product sourcing, vendor coordination, demonstrations, or product development.
- Personal or academic projects involving electronics, robotics, or IoT.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be curious, technically sound, practical, and enthusiastic about emerging technologies. The candidate must be able to understand electronic hardware, research innovative products, evaluate technical feasibility, and help convert new ideas into practical solutions.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
