Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to handle inbound customer calls and promote IT products, including laptops, desktops, printers, computer accessories, mice, and IT software.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls and understand customer requirements.
- Recommend suitable IT products and software solutions.
- Explain product features, pricing, and specifications.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

- Freshers interested in building a career in sales are welcome.
- Candidates with up to 6 months of sales experience can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and IT products is preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
