Job Description
Deluxe Veneers is looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to expand our market presence and develop business in the veneers, plywood, laminates, tiles, marble and surface materials industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business and expand market coverage across Thane, Mulund and Bhandup.
- Visit and build robust relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, wholesalers and channel partners.
- Generate new leads, identify market opportunities and convert them into sales.
- Promote company products and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain regular market visits, customer follow-ups and competitor updates.
- Develop a strong dealer and distribution network to increase market share.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in field sales within plywood, veneers, laminates, tiles, marble, surface materials or allied building-material industries is preferred.
- Good knowledge of the Thane–Mulund–Bhandup market and dealer network will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: As per last CTC and interview performance.
- Joining Bonus: Available for eligible candidates.
- Preference: Immediate joiners and candidates available to join shortly after Diwali.
- Reporting Location: Bandra West, Mumbai.
- Reporting To: General Manager (GM).
