Job Title: Quality Control Manager
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to lead quality control activities in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of quality assurance, inspection processes, engineering drawings, quality standards, and continuous improvement practices. Experience in aerospace component manufacturing will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Quality Control department and inspection team.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures and inspection plans.
- Ensure product quality meets customer specifications, engineering drawings, and applicable industry standards.
- Oversee incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection.
- Ensure proper use of measuring instruments, gauges, and precision inspection equipment.
- Review engineering drawings, dimensional inspection reports, and quality documentation.
- Handle customer complaints, non-conformities, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct internal quality audits and support customer and third-party audits.
- Monitor rejection rates, rework, and quality performance indicators.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase, and other departments to resolve quality issues.




- Maintain inspection reports, calibration records, and quality management system documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve product reliability.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Experience in dimensional inspection and precision measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards.
- Expertise in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Experience in handling customer audits and quality documentation.
- Leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in aerospace, precision engineering, CNC machining, or component manufacturing.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards.
- Experience with CMM inspection and advanced measuring equipment.
- Lead Auditor certification will be an added advantage.
