About the Company :

Solarise Semicon Energy is engaged in the solar energy sector, working with TATA Solar products and solutions. We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to connect with potential customers, explain solar energy solutions, and generate business inquiries.

Job Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for solar products.
- Explain the benefits of solar energy and rooftop solar solutions to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide basic product information.
- Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain customer details, call records, and lead information.
- Achieve daily calling targets and support the sales team in converting leads.
- Communicate professionally with customers over phone calls.

Eligibility & Requirements :

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate candidates preferred).




- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi are required.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel are preferred.
- Candidates should be confident, persuasive, and comfortable making outbound calls.
- Prior telecalling or sales experience in solar, banking, insurance, or related industries will be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits :

- Salary: ₹8,000–₹10,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
- Incentives based on performance and lead generation.
