Role summary
Keep our branch systems, network and trading terminals running smoothly and securely.

Key responsibilities
Install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals; Maintain LAN/Wi-Fi, routers, firewall and internet connectivity; Support trading terminals and back-office applications during market hours; Manage user accounts, email, access permissions and data backups; Apply OS and software updates, antivirus and basic security controls; Maintain CCTV, biometric and other office systems; coordinate with vendors; Keep an IT asset register and ticket log.

Requirements




B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA / Diploma in Computer Science or IT; 0-3 years in IT support / system administration (freshers with hands-on skills welcome); Valuable knowledge of Windows, hardware troubleshooting and networking basics (IP, DNS, DHCP); Basic Linux, SQL or scripting is a plus; CCNA / hardware-networking certification is a plus; Available during market hours (9:00 am - 3:30 pm) without fail.
