Designation: Security Supervisor (Ex-Serviceman)

Location: Sadashiv Castings Pvt. Ltd., Mubarakpur, Dera Bassi, Punjab

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise security guards and manage the overall security of the factory premises.
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles and material.
- Maintain visitor registers, vehicle records and security-related documents.
- Ensure proper checking of incoming and outgoing materials in coordination with the Stores and HR departments.
- Ensure discipline among security guards and proper deployment at all security points.
- Conduct regular rounds of the factory premises to prevent theft, unauthorized entry and other security risks.
- Monitor attendance and shift handovers of security personnel.
- Ensure compliance with factory security procedures and report any suspicious activity or incident to management immediately.
- Coordinate with HR and Administration regarding security issues,



emergencies and incident reporting.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Ex-serviceman from the Indian Army, Navy or Air Force.
- Minimum 1–5 years of relevant experience in security supervision.
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing units will be preferred.
- Positive leadership, discipline and communication skills.
- Ability to manage security staff and maintain proper records.

Preferred Candidate: A disciplined, responsible and physically fit ex-serviceman capable of independently managing factory security operations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
