Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects from initiation through closure. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives while effectively coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining high performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans and ensure seamless execution

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

- Track project performance using KPIs and milestones
- Prepare regular status reports and present updates to stakeholders

Process & Workflow Management

- Establish and optimize project workflows to improve efficiency and quality
- Ensure adherence to internal processes, timelines, and budgets

Stakeholder & Team Coordination

- Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams including design, content, marketing, and product
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders

Risk & Issue Management

- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
- Resolve project issues that may impact scope,



cost, or timelines

Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, reports, and approvals
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices

Team Management Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage project coordinators and team members
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure timely delivery of assigned responsibilities
- Conduct performance reviews and foster a collaborative, accountable work culture

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 2 – 5years of experience in Project Management
- Project Management Tools: Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to track metrics, analyze performance, and drive improvements
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking, planning, and leadership capabilities
