Role Overview

We are looking for a Head of Facilities (Hard Services) to manage technical operations and maintenance activities across facilities, ensuring the smooth functioning of MEP systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end hard services operations, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, DG, UPS, and MEP maintenance activities.
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance activities are carried out effectively.
- Coordinate with MEP vendors, AMC partners, and technical teams.
- Monitor energy consumption, asset health,



and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, and audit processes.
- Conduct routine technical inspections and maintain maintenance trackers and reports.
- Handle vendor negotiations, service schedules, and technical escalations.
- Support fit-out, renovation, and infrastructure-related activities as required.
- Minimize downtime and maintain uninterrupted facility operations.

Preferred Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in hard services or facility engineering.
- Strong exposure to commercial buildings, office spaces, or coworking environments.
- Good understanding of MEP systems, preventive maintenance, and technical compliance.
- Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
