Drive store expansion and property acquisition initiatives across the West Region.

- Identify and secure suitable retail locations in line with the company's growth strategy and business plans.
- Conduct market surveys, site evaluations, feasibility studies, and competitor analysis to identify high-potential locations.
- Lead commercial negotiations, lease finalization, renewals, and renegotiations with landlords and property owners.
- Coordinate with vendors for site inspections and prepare detailed recce reports before property acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Projects, SCM, HR, and Training teams, to support timely store launches.
- Ensure legal agreements and documentation comply with statutory requirements while minimizing organizational risks.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with landlords, developers, IPCs, brokers, and consultants.




- Develop and execute strategic expansion plans to strengthen the brand's presence across the assigned territory.
- Monitor store-opening milestones to support successful project execution within timelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3 years of experience in site acquisition, property acquisition, retail expansion, or land acquisition.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate, lease negotiations, and market assessment.
- Experience in retail, QSR, FMCG, or franchise-based business models is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and networking skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
