**Plant Engineer | Moga** **Location:** Moga, Punjab **Experience:** 7-10 Years **Education:** Full time B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering **Industry Background:** FMCG, Pharma, Alcobev, Cosmetics, or similar manufacturing environments **Reporting to:** Head - Factory Engineering **About the Role** We are looking for an experienced Plant Engineer to drive plant reliability, maintenance excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role will be responsible for ensuring optimum performance of manufacturing assets, supporting engineering projects, and driving safety, quality, and sustainability standards across the factory. **Key Responsibilities** **Maintenance & Asset Reliability** + Drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and plant availability. + Lead maintenance planning, execution, resource optimization, and asset lifecycle management. + Monitor and improve maintenance KPIs, equipment uptime, MTBF, and MTTR. **Equipment & Utilities Management** + Ensure reliable operation of production equipment, utilities, and industrial services. + Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and automation issues. + Support shutdowns, overhauls,



commissioning, and equipment upgrades. **Safety, Quality & Compliance** + Ensure compliance with safety, quality, food safety, and regulatory standards. + Support internal and external audits and drive timely closure of action plans. + Promote a robust safety culture through risk assessments and contractor safety management. **Engineering Projects & Continuous Improvement** + Support CAPEX projects from design through commissioning and handover. + Drive process optimization, root cause analysis, and reliability improvement initiatives. + Contribute to factory modernization and operational excellence programs. **Energy & Sustainability** + Monitor and optimize energy and utility consumption. + Drive initiatives focused on sustainability, resource efficiency, and cost reduction. + Support energy management programs and environmental improvement projects. **Team & Stakeholder Management** + Lead and develop maintenance teams, contractors, and external service providers. + Ensure effective capability building, knowledge transfer, and technical coaching. + Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve plant performance objectives.
