Job Summary
The Benefits Administrator is responsible for supporting the administration of Defined Benefit (DB) pension plans in accordance with plan provisions, established procedures, and service-level standards. The role involves pension benefit calculations, pension payment processing, participant data management, payroll administration, and resolution of pension-related inquiries.
The position supports various aspects of pension administration,



with opportunities to specialize in either pension benefit calculations or pension payment operations, depending on business requirements.
What You Will Do
• Perform defined benefit pension calculations for retirement, death advantages, Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs), and Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs), in accordance with plan provisions.
• Review and process pension payment-related tasks, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
• Support pension payment processing, validation, reconciliation, corrections, and exception handling across applicable trust and payment platforms.
• Review plan provisions, participant information, and supporting documentation to ensure accurate benefit calculations and payment processing.
• Maintain participant records, pension data, payroll information, and plan-related documentation.
