Key Responsibilities
•Promote and Support management in creating High performance working culture at plant
•Address all kinds Industrial Relations issues at Plants and all sites PAN India
•Work with manpower service providers to ensure that they meet Normet’s expectations, get the gaps filled if any
•Ensure high quality Induction of all current joiners; Normet and Third Party
•Work with business stakeholders and central HR team to identify training requirements and its implementation as agreed




•Take initiatives to improve employee communication at Plant
•Develop plant HR processes based on local needs aligning with organisation processes
•Handling operations and employee life cycle (from Hire to Retire) of manpower of Service sites and Jaipur Plant
•Resolving employee grievance at Plant in consultation with management
•Ensure proper Statutory Compliances at Jaipur Plant from Normet as well as Manpower Service Providers
•Ensuring high quality admin support

Education & Experience
- MBA HR with 12-15 years of Plant/Sire HR Experience
- Strong background of IR & Compliances
- Must have practical experience of local policy formulation
- Proven expertise in developing High performance working culture at location
