Marketing Executive - Shopping Malls
Position Overview
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive footfall, tenant engagement, and revenue growth for shopping mall properties. Create compelling campaigns that enhance the mall's brand position and deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Planning Drive the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans aligned with mall business objectives. Analyze market trends, competitor activity,



and customer insights to identify opportunities. Set clear KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness to optimize ROI.
Campaign Development & Execution Create integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, traditional advertising, and experiential channels. Coordinate seasonal promotions, holiday activations, and special events that generate excitement and increase visitor frequency. Manage campaign budgets and vendor relationships to ensure quality delivery.
Tenant Collaboration Partner with retail tenants to develop co-marketing initiatives and promotional partnerships. Facilitate tenant participation in mall-wide campaigns and events. Provide marketing support and guidance to maximize tenant success and center-wide impact.
Customer Experience & Engagement Develop loyalty programs and customer engagement initiatives to build lasting relationships. Leverage CRM systems and customer data to personalize communicat
