Job Description

Job Responsibilities
• Perform as the local HR partner, providing market-specific HR expertise and guidance to managers and employees.
• Translate global and regional HR strategies into locally relevant priorities and initiatives.
• Drive talent retention, identifying key risks and addressing local compensation, benefits and market nuances.
• Enable talent management and development through leadership, career and capability-building programs.
• Manage employee relations, performance management and PIPs, escalating complex matters appropriately.
• Ensure effective labor/employee relations, including engagement with Works Councils and Unions where applicable.
• Strengthen culture, engagement and DE&I;, aligned with organizational values and global priorities.
• Coach managers and employees on performance, rewards, careers, engagement and conflict management.
• Support organizational change and communication, ensuring effective local adoption of key initiatives.
• Ensure HR compliance and robust execution of core people processes, including merit, bonus,



performance reviews and Code of Conduct.

Qualifications

• Must have completed graduation. MBA in HR will be an added advantage
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in core HRBP or Market HR Role
