What You Will Do

• Assist customers in resolving technical and service-related issues through effective problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Serve as the face and voice of Kyndryl,



delivering exceptional customer service and support to customers.
• Communicate with customers across multiple channels, including chat, email, and Microsoft Teams.
• Provide concierge-level customer care while ensuring a positive and professional support experience.
• Manage multiple customer requests and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Collaborate with back-office and support teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
• Build strong relationships with customers through empathy, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
• Work alongside experienced team members and mentors to continuously develop technical and business knowledge.
• Develop expertise in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, and gain exposure to a variety of technology platforms.
• Participate in training programs and earn industry-recognized certifications, including Microsoft, Azure, and Google
