As a Private Equity Experienced Associate you will support tax compliance work within our Tax Services practice, helping review client financial information, prepare tax filings, and validate compliance with tax laws and regulations. As an Associate you will contribute to client engagements by learning quickly, adapting to varied situations, asking questions,



and taking ownership of assigned work while developing your technical skills and professional judgment. In this role at PwC, you will handle tasks tied to tax planning and compliance, collaborate with team members across a fast-paced workplace, and build a career path through exposure to a range of client needs and technical work within our General Tax Consulting network and Global Compliance Services focus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the calculation of State and Foreign (IRC 1446, IRC 1441) tax withholdings
• Assist in the review of non-resident state withholding waivers forms
• Review the following tax forms: 1065, 1120, 588, 1099, W-8, 8832, 8875, 8865, 8937, 8082, 966
• Perform Federal K-1 schedule and State K-1 schedule review for all Partners
• Prepare and review tax work papers that calculate partnership taxable income
• Gather and analyze financial information from underlying portfolio companies
• Track partnership/partner tax basis
• Assist with the prepar
