Guide capabilities from architecture and implementation through production, translating operator needs into secure, scalable, and reliable software.
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive the design, architecture, and development of Network Management System (NMS) solutions for telecom networks. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on expertise in Python-based software development, cloud-native technologies, container orchestration, and modern software engineering practices, along with the ability to lead a team of developers and drive end-to-end technical delivery.

Your Impact

You will be responsible for translating network management requirements into scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions while ensuring adherence to architectural standards, coding best practices, and delivery commitments.

• Define architecture,



technical strategy, and multi-release roadmaps; translate product and operational needs into clear designs and implementation plans.
• Design and evolve workflows for service provider network observability and management.
• Improve scalability and performance across services and through concurrency, query optimization, batching and streaming, memory and network efficiency, and rendering improvements.
• Strengthen security, privacy, and resilience throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Influence the team's adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and agentic workflows, while advancing AI-enabled product capabilities.
• Strengthen engineering excellence through code reviews, automated testing, quality metrics, and improvements to CI/CD and release practices across the application suite.
