As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited in the CLM Domestic BFSI sector. Your primary role is to establish and maintain solid relationships with our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be key in delivering exceptional customer service and building a positive brand image.

Qualifications
