Job Purpose: The EHS Shift Engineer is responsible for monitoring and maintaining environmental, health, and safety standards during designated shifts at solar manufacturing facilities. They ensure compliance with EHS regulations, conduct inspections, and respond to incidents promptly.



Their role involves training and advising staff on safety protocols and emergency procedures to safeguard personnel and environmental integrity.

*Key Responsibilities of Role

Facility Inspections and Risk Identification:

• Conduct thorough inspections to identify safety, health, and environmental risks and develop and implement inspection policies, procedures, and schedules.

Health and Safety Procedures:

• Develop and enforce health and safety procedures across all areas of the company and review and update emergency procedures and workplace safety protocols.

Training and Compliance:

• Prepare and deliver training on emergency procedures, workplace safety, and chemical safety and monitor compliance with training requirements and conduct periodic training sessions.

Monitoring and Enforcement:

• Monitor critical activities in office and correct unsafe practices through a sto
