The department's core objective is to optimize AGCO’s Supply Chain Planning and S&OE; (Sales & Operations Execution) processes through the Kinaxis Maestro platform. It contributes by improving planning accuracy, inventory management, production efficiency, and supply chain decision-making to support business performance and customer satisfaction. The department works closely with Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Business Teams, IT, and Support Teams. It receives planning requirements and business needs from upstream stakeholders and delivers planning solutions, system enhancements, analytics, and operational support to downstream users, enabling efficient end-to-end supply chain execution.

Your Impact

• Gather and translate business requirements into Kinaxis functional solutions.





• Configure and support Kinaxis Maestro planning capabilities.

• Support end-to-end project delivery, testing, deployments, and enhancements.

• Manage integrations between Kinaxis, SAP, and other enterprise systems.

• Resolve incidents, monitor system performance, and drive continuous improvements.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on Kinaxis Maestro experience, including configuration, authoring, integration support, and administration activities.

• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Planning processes (Demand, Supply, S&OP;, S&OE;).

• Experience configuring Kinaxis workbooks, dashboards, tables, and planning models.

• Experience with SAP integration and data validation activities.

• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
