Job Description:

Blackstone is seeking a Vice President of Global Strategic Partners Tax Compliance to join its BX India team. Reporting to the SVP – Strategic Partners Tax Lead, this position will oversee tax reporting and compliance for one of the largest secondary private equity and fund-of-funds platforms globally.
The role offers broad exposure to diverse secondary private equity structures across primary, secondary, and co-investment funds. This position will manage domestic and international tax compliance and reporting requirements,



collaborate across functions and geographic lines, and implement best practices for compliance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tax Compliance & Filings:• Oversee U.S. federal, state, and local tax compliance for Strategic Partners funds (private equity and real estate), including the review of partnership and corporate tax returns, Schedule K-1s, and supporting international forms (e.g., Forms 8886, 8865, 8621, 8986, 5471).
• Collaborate with fund accounting teams and external tax advisors to ensure accurate reporting of income tax provisions on audited financial statements.
• Gather and analyze financial data for FATCA and CRS compliance.
• Respond to tax authority inquiries, notices, and audits, and oversee audit proceedings.
• Collect tax information from over 10,000 underlying investments, coordinate with fund accounting teams, and manage the distribution of relevant data to externa
