We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Data & Analytics to lead our data function and drive the organization's data-driven decision-making capabilities. This role will be responsible for defining and executing the enterprise data strategy,
overseeing analytics and business intelligence initiatives, ensuring data governance and quality, and building a high-performing team of data professionals.
The Head of Data,Analytics &Integration; will partner closely with executive leadership and business stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights that support growth, operational excellence, and innovation.
The role operate within a complex context of over 100 different business applications and matrix organizational structure.
Data Strategy & Leadership
· Develop and implement a comprehensive data and analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
· Establish a long-term vision for data management, analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision making.
· Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on data opportunities, risks, and investments.
· Foster a culture of data literacy and evidence-based decision making across the organization.
