Senior Sales Engineer - West Region

Job Summary

Experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Engineer with proven expertise in industrial sales, business development, and key account management. Responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening customer relationships across the assigned territory. The role requires strong technical and commercial acumen to provide pumping,



dosing, and fluid handling solutions to customers in various process industries while achieving business objectives and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and convert current business opportunities within assigned territories.

• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers through consultative and solution-based selling.

• Expand market presence across Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Water Treatment, Petrochemical, FMCG, Power, and Process Industries.

• Develop strategies to penetrate new industrial segments and key customer accounts.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by management.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, OEMs, Consultants, End Users, and Channel Partners.

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
