Commercial Excellence Manager- JD
Key Responsibiliities
Drive Commercial Excellence initiatives to improve sales effectiveness, productivity,
and business performance.
· CRM process and Tool training for sales team.
· Lead Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) programs, territory optimization, sales
planning, and funnel management.
· Develop and implement commercial excellence frameworks and performance
management processes.
· Manage CRM platforms (Oracle Share Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, CPQ,
Pricing Tool) and ensure high standards of CRM data
Oversee lead management, account management, and opportunity management
processes to improve sales conversion.
· Drive sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and business performance tracking.
· Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using Power BI,
Excel, and Business Intelligence platforms.
· Generate actionable insights through data analysis, visualization, forecasting, and
predictive analytics.
· Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Service teams to improve commercial




execution and decision-making.
· Lead commercial process improvements, digital transformation initiatives, and
change management programs.
· Present business insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
