Overview

The Service Delivery Lead is responsible for supporting the delivery of HR operational services across the employee lifecycle. The role works closely with HR Business Partners, People Hub, Centres of Excellence (COEs), managers, and employees to ensure timely, accurate, and customer-focused HR support. The position contributes to an productive service delivery by executing HR processes, maintaining data integrity, supporting compliance activities, and responding to employee and stakeholder queries.
Execute end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, internal movements, promotions, transfers, and separations.
Support cyclical HR processes such as performance reviews, compensation reviews, talent activities, and organizational changes.
Ensure HR transactions are completed accurately and within established service level agreements (SLAs).
Monitor assigned HR cases and ensure timely resolution and closure.
Manage employee communications and support the publication of HR updates.
Assist in the transition of HR processes to the People Hub.

· Action assigned HR cases and ensure timely follow-up, resolution, and closure.
· Assist in driving continuous improvement employees and promote employee self-service
· Ensure all transactions are completed in accordance with established SLAs and quality standards and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
· COE collaboration: Work with COEs for lifecycle escalations and critical cases, intervening and advising as needed.
· Provide clarification and support the people operations / experience team on HR policies and processes.
