We are seeking a customer-focused IT Helpdesk qualified to provide timely technical assistance and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. In this role, you will serve as a central point of contact for internal employees, handling technical incidents and service requests through phone, web, and walk-in channels. You will troubleshoot common hardware, Windows operating system, and Microsoft Office issues while helping users resolve problems efficiently. You will also support user account administration and ensure that all service interactions are accurately documented and tracked through resolution. Working closely with colleagues and management, you will contribute to service quality, incident management, and workforce productivity. Accountabilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal employees seeking IT assistance, technical support, or service request fulfillment.

Receive, assess, and resolve incidents and requests through telephone, web-based channels, and walk-in support.

Troubleshoot Windows operating system issues, Microsoft Office applications, and basic hardware problems.

Manage support tickets from initial receipt through resolution, ensuring timely closure in accordance with established service-level targets.
