We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee delivery functions within the organization. This position requires expertise in project management and proficiency using Marketo to ensure seamless execution of tasks and objectives. The role is critical to maintaining high-performance standards and timely completion of projects within the delivery department.

Key Responsibilities :

• Marketo Project Manager with 10+ years of overall experience and robust 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo Engage to manage from requirement intake through production deployment.

• Hands-on configure and execute Marketo campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing, segmentation, automation workflows, smart campaigns, smart lists, tokens, segmentation, and scheduling.

• Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and SLAs across multiple concurrent campaigns.

• Review and validate campaign setup, audience lists, test emails, QA results, and deployment readiness.

• Troubleshoot Marketo campaign and execution issues and coordinate with Development, QA, CRM, and technical teams for resolution.

• Manage and prioritize critical/urgent campaign requests based
