Siemens Energy is looking for an SAP HR Application Analyst to support HR processes across our global ERP landscape. You will work with internal teams and IT service providers to keep multiple SAP ECC systems running reliably while helping standardize processes for the S/4HANA transformation. The role covers the full lifecycle of SAP solutions, from understanding business requirements through implementation and ongoing support.

You will work closely with HR, Finance, Controlling, and IT colleagues to design, govern, and support SAP HR processes used across the organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact

- Design new process solutions in partnership with representatives from Business Units, Segments, and IT.
- Manage global demand, provide process consulting, and coordinate business support for the ERP systems.
- Partner with key business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into functional specifications for complex SAP developments.
- Develop test cases, coordinate test execution,



track defects, and support business acceptance of SAP changes.
- Plan and deliver small-to-medium IT projects, managing scope, schedules, quality, risks, stakeholder communication, and implementation.
- Oversee IT service providers responsible for application maintenance and change requests, including delivery quality, issue resolution, and timely completion.
- Collaborate with application, Basis, Security, and Service Desk teams to resolve incidents, deliver changes, and maintain stable business operations.

What You Bring

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 7+ years of experience designing and supporting SAP HR processes, including HR mini-master data, CATS time recording, and employee vendor master integration.
- Knowledge of SAP HR integrations with Finance, Controlling, Concur, and external payroll systems.
- Experience in global process governance, demand management, and business support for IT-enabled processes.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- German language proficiency is preferred but not required.
- Project management experience (scheduling, quality control, change communication).
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally approximately 15% of the time.
- Experience implementing SAP solutions in a multinational organization is preferred.
