Job Description:

- End-to-End Procurement, Own Brands. Lead sourcing of raw materials (actives, excipients,

- fragrance, colour cosmetics inputs), packaging materials (primary and secondary), and select finished

- goods from both domestic and international vendors.

- Multi-Quote Process Design & Enforcement. Design and enforce a non-negotiable multi-vendor

- quote process for every significant procurement. Maintain an auditable quote history and variance

- analysis before PO issuance.

- Vendor Development & Market Intelligence. Continuously scout and onboard new suppliers.

- Maintain a structured current-vendor pipeline covering price benchmarks, quality certification, capacity,

- and compliance status.

- Localisation Programme. Map imported components across the product portfolio, assess localisation

- feasibility, and build domestic partnerships to progressively reduce import dependency - improving

- lead times and landed costs.

- Inventory Risk Management.



Work with planning and brand teams to right-size procurement

- volumes; monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory; drive root-cause resolution and liquidation

- plans.

- New Product Launch Support. Partner with NPD and brand teams to keep procurement on the

- critical path - not the bottleneck. Define and own procurement SLAs for new launches.

- Cost Benchmarking & Savings Reporting. Own a structured cost-saving tracker - initial quoted price

- versus final negotiated cost - and report outcomes to leadership monthly by category.

- Contract & Compliance Management. Negotiate and formalise vendor agreements, payment terms,

- and quality commitments. Ensure compliance with Nykaa's quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

- Team Building. Recruit, mentor, and grow a small, high-performance procurement team with clear

- ownership by category and function.
