JD-Engaging with the business to understand the scope on the recent orders/projects.
Getting order released in SAP and matching it with Customer PO conditions.
Align for the billing plan for the month with Business Operation Function
Follow up with internal and external customers for documents required for dispatch to ensure
prerequisite for billing and clearances are in place
Billing, Documentation for further submission to customer for release of payment, Reconciliation
support (Generate Proforma Invoice, Tax Invoices in SAP)
Preparation of Shipping Invoice for Exports
Lodgement of Export documents with AD Banker
Ensuring to book Invoice/billing as per Customer PO terms & material movement and driving timely billing as per PO terms
Organizing issuance of Bank Guarantee and its subsequent collection upon expiry from Customers.




Provide instruction for movement of material & for preparing transport document/LR/BL/AWB, check
their drafts and provide approval for final version of transport document.
Close co-ordination with Operations, Trade Compliance, IDT and Sourcing Team for movement of
goods and documentation preparation from commercial /taxation perspective;
Carrying out the reconciliation of Contract post-dispatch and receipt of material at Customer end. Documentation support for Tax audits and maintaining repository of such documents for future
reference:
Providing supporting documents required for Audits, Tax Assessments, Statutory Forms, etc. ,Mandatory skills-Basic Knowledge about
GST & Its Application
(Taxation) Rate/Slabs,Exposure in working with
SAP
