As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying quality processes and utilizing automation tools and methodologies to enhance testing products and solutions. The role centers on managing the entire quality engineering function with a robust emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position requires continuous engagement with testing activities to ensure that solutions meet the highest standards and contribute to the overall improvement of product quality and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement effective testing strategies.





Continuously monitor and optimize automated test scripts to enhance efficiency and coverage.

Assist in mentoring junior team members to support their growth and development within the automation domain

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.

Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium.

Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices.

Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues effectively.

Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes related to automation testing. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium.
