Responsibilities: Corporate FP&A; · Provide proactive leadership for all operating forecast updates throughout the year as well as the annual operating plan (AOP) and long-range plan (LRP) · Drive process standardization, simplification, and automation to improve department productivity in alignment with the strategic imperatives within the team, · Lead and ensure the preparation of the Monthly/Quarterly Results Review, working closely with process leads. Participate and lead monthly reviews of results. · Perform adhoc analysis for strategic evaluations, financial simulations and excel modelling to provide insightful recommendations and support for management decision making, · Drive and own global financial initiatives alignment with function along with updates in global FP&A; process · Be a trusted business partner, leveraging financial and business expertise to drive financial decisions · Help transform the finance organization mindset from backward-looking to forward-looking · Increasing learning and development opportunities to improve business analytics acumen · Provide financial counselling in determining feasibility and business impact of new proposals/initiatives. · Project Management, Lead/participate in strategic initiatives,



recommends action and drive closure · Lead / Support finance digital transformation – inducting tools like Power BI, MS Projects and support intuitive reporting. Pre-requisites-essential: Minimum 8+ years progressive experience in FP&A; domain Chartered Accountants, MBA from Tier1 institute, Excellent presentation skills. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Experience in project management, establishing business systems and process improvements. · Excellent Power point skills, ERP skills (HFM, Oracle etc.) · Power BI functional knowledge will be an added advantage, · Ability to drive strategic decisions, enterprise initiatives, Prerequisites-preferred: CA/ MBA preferred. Financial modeling experience/ Project Manager.
