Required Experience

- 5-7 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, MRO / Indirect Procurement, Supply Chain, or Procurement Analytics.

- Hands-on experience supporting MRO categories such as industrial supplies, spare parts, tooling, electrical, mechanical, safety, facilities, or related plant requirements.

- Proven experience in end-to-end sourcing, including RFQ preparation, supplier evaluation, bid analysis, negotiation support, award recommendation, savings calculation, and implementation.

- Experience executing sourcing events through Jaggaer, ASO, Ariba, Coupa, or an equivalent eSourcing platform.

- Strong experience in spend analysis, supplier consolidation, preferred-supplier programs, tail-spend rationalization, and price-increase assessment.

- Working knowledge of contracts, commercial terms, discount structures, payment terms, PO management, and supplier-performance improvement.

- Experience working with SAP procurement transactions, price and payment-term implementation, PIR processes, and Service Now requests.

- Robust analytical, communication,



project-management, stakeholder-management, and supplier-negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field; MBA / PGDM is preferred.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP, data analytics, and procurement systems.

- Experience supporting global or multi-plant stakeholders and working within a matrix organization.

- Strategic sourcing professional with strong MRO domain knowledge, commercial acumen, ownership, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
