Job Title: Senior Software Engineer – Agentic AI (Req ID: 260000FWM)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer – Agentic AI to design, develop, and deploy intelligent, autonomous AI systems. This role focuses on building agent-based architectures leveraging LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and real-time decision-making systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI/ML, backend engineering, and deploying scalable AI solutions in production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop agentic AI systems using LLMs and autonomous workflows

- Build and optimize multi-agent architectures for complex problem-solving

- Integrate AI models (OpenAI, open-source LLMs) into scalable applications

- Develop APIs and backend systems to support AI-driven workflows

- Implement prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and memory systems

- Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver AI solutions

- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of AI systems in production

- Monitor, evaluate, and improve model outputs and system behavior

- Stay updated with emerging trends in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM ecosystems

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field

- 4–7+ years of software development experience





- Strong proficiency in Python (preferred) or Java/Node.js

- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, Claude, etc.)

- Experience with Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Auto Gen, or similar frameworks

- Knowledge of RAG pipelines, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)

- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience building multi-agent or autonomous AI systems

- Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment pipelines

- Knowledge of fine-tuning, embeddings, and prompt optimization

- Experience with real-time data processing and event-driven architectures

- Exposure to frontend frameworks (React) for AI-enabled applications
