QA Engineer - AI & Automation

We are seeking a proactive QA professional to take end-to-end ownership of quality assurance for our Agent platform. This role will drive quality strategy, define evaluation frameworks, and ensure consistent performance across AI-powered voice and chat experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and maintain AI evaluation frameworks (evals), regression test suites, and release validation processes.
- Test and validate AI systems for response quality, accuracy, bias, hallucinations, and overall user experience across voice and chat modalities.
- Build and maintain automated testing frameworks using Rest Assured, Playwright, and modern QA automation tools, including API and end-to-end testing.

Preferred Experience:

- Strong background in QA automation, AI system testing, and quality engineering.




- Experience with AI-assisted development and testing tools such as Codex, ChatGPT Enterprise, Git Hub Copilot, and automated test generation tools.
- Ability to work independently and lead quality initiatives in a rapid-paced AI product environment.
