Job Description The QA Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the success of the QA engagement by ensuring the team is tracking against established KPIs, quality metrics, and delivery commitments. This role provides day-to-day team support, oversees onboarding, monitors performance and progress, addresses risks and escalations, and delivers regular reporting and visibility into overall team health, productivity, and outcomes. The Program Manager works closely with both the QA team and stakeholders to ensure alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of PM experience
