Head – Freight Forwarding & Logistics

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Shipping, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience: 10–15 Years Experience in Logistics or shipping.

Responsibilities:

- Drive business development, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

- Build strategic relationships with shipping lines and logistics partners.

- Recruit, lead, and manage operations and commercial teams.

- Manage pricing, operational costs, working capital, and profitability

- .Monitor business performance and report progress to management
.

Requirements

- 10–15 years of experience in international freight forwarding and logistics.

- Proven experience in business development and business unit expansion.

- Strong knowledge of import/export operations, pricing, and logistics networks.

- Established relationships with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and logistics partners.

- Solid leadership, negotiation, and financial management skills.
